Marketer & Social Media Manager

📍 Utawala, Nairobi (3 branches) 🕒 Full-Time 🏢 On-Site

A fast-growing hospitality group in Utawala is looking for a hands-on, creative, and results-driven Marketer to join our team. This is NOT a sit-at-home job. You will be on the ground, in our pubs and butchery, making things happen.

🎯 What You Will Do

Drive daily foot traffic to all 3 locations
Manage our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp)
Create content — photos, videos, reels, status updates
Promote match days, events, food specials, and butchery offers
Attract and coordinate corporate events, chamas, birthday parties, and private bookings
Handle reservations and VIP bookings
Run small paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram)
Coordinate event nights — live music, quiz nights, big match screenings
Track what's working and report weekly

✅ What We Need From You

Experience managing social media for a bar, restaurant, club, or butchery
Strong phone photography and video skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
Fluent in English, Swahili, and Sheng
Able to move between our 3 Utawala locations daily
Confident reaching out to corporates, chamas, and groups to pitch our venue for their events
Able to create simple packages and quotes for group bookings
Creative, hungry, and reliable — you don't wait to be told what to do
Bonus: You can be on camera and host live match-day content

You only talk about "going viral" but can't bring real customers
You have no way to move around Utawala

Compensation Competitive (based on experience). Performance bonus available when targets are hit. Small monthly ad budget provided.
